Three ways we support people across the Central Coast.
Every support is planned with the participant, their family and their team, and delivered by workers who know the person — not just the paperwork.
Supported Independent Living
Round-the-clock support for people living in their own home, alone or with housemates. The participant sets the rhythm of the day; we make sure the right support is there for it.
What it includes
- Personal care and daily living
- Medication support
- Meals, shopping and household tasks
- Appointments and health follow-up
- Building independent living skills
- Sleepover or active overnight support, as funded
How we run it
- A consistent, rostered team
- Behaviour support plans implemented as written
- Restrictive practices only as authorised
- Shift notes that feed goal-based progress reports
- Planned, gradual transitions in
Respite & short stays
Short-term accommodation in a comfortable home on the Central Coast — a change of scene for the participant and a real break for the people who care for them.
What it includes
- 24/7 support for the length of the stay
- Planned stays or regular recurring stays
- Activities the participant chooses
- Meals and personal care
Before and after
- A conversation with family first about routines and preferences
- A stay report for the family and coordinator afterwards
Community access
1:1 support to get out and do the things that make a week good — and to build the confidence and skills to do more of them independently.
What it looks like
- Shopping and errands
- Gym, sport and the beach
- Catching up with friends and family
- Appointments
- Courses, volunteering and work

- Regular weekly shifts or one-offs
- Our workers can drive — we'll explain how transport is billed up front
- Monthly goals and progress updates
Funding
Our supports are funded through participants' NDIS plans and priced in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Tell us how your plan is managed and we'll explain exactly how billing works before anything starts.
